It's all so easy but we make our lives so complex. In the act of trying we actually get in the way of the happening. If we could just relax then we could experience our potential. Sometimes we want it to be over and sometimes we never want to start. But the truth is it is forever happening.

Next time you engage in a difficult task melt into the difficulty and you'll see that it is only you who is making it difficult. Maybe even give a new name to the 'difficulty' and observe it. You'll see it isn't really difficult at all and it isn't as solid as you think.
